Daybookeskness!!!!

So church was GREAT today! I had so much fun! I wore a knock out outfit which I will post pictures of me in in just a little while!!!! Then after church I did my visit teaching, finished my homework, and made some lunch. Then the fun started! Lauren, Lauren Ravasten, and I went and did a photo shoot! It was so much fun!!! I love every picture that we took! Lauren made me look amazing! Props to her. She had so many great ideas for shot angles and just every thing!!!! Then we came home and I edited them so we all look super, super sexy... but I'll let you be the judge!

Best Night EVER!!!!!!!!

Last night was the best night EVER!!!! I was stressing out about it all day but everything just fell together! He came over and I was all primped and stylish and lookin' hottttttt! hehe It was just really, really good and I don't know how to put it in words! Lauren had a great night as well! Game night = best night so far!!! Lets hope it continues in this positive way!
O and I went tanning with Brittany, Lauren, and Karalee today! Roommate bonding is the BEST!!!

Good Days, Bad Days

I wanted today to be great but so far I've woken up at 5 am, went back to sleep but slept on my neck wrong. Then woke up to a blizzard outside my window... o and did I forget to mention I started my period yesterday! Yay me! I want things to be good but I guess my mom was right, I shouldn't expect good things to last. I feel so negative compared to how I have been. Maybe it's all the hormones coursing through my veins but today has just not been the best. Yesterday was bad, but at least it had sunshine.
So on a happier note I'm in a children's music class and we have to do a children's music book which I am way psyched about! Mine is going to be about a girl and a flower... when it's done I'll take pictures and post my story so everyone can see it!

By the way! It's my mom's birthday!!!! what a beautiful person she is! Happy 24th Birthday!!:)

Singing the Airport Blues!

So I'm sitting in the airport right now instead of in the air because my flight was delayed by 45 min. i know that doesn't seem like a long time, and if you were my dad you would tell me to suck it up, but sitting by yourself in the airport for over an hour and a half is killer! especially when you know you are going to have a heck of a long drive back home. I got to the airport around 6pm and didn't get home until 1130pm! Yay for me!
Anyway other than the airport snag i had a pretty amazing weekend!!!!

The Red Slipper Syndrome!

So you know when you get that feeling like your in a different land and you really want to get home? That's kind of how I felt this week leading up to my trip home. Don't get me wrong it has been an AMAZING week but I've clicked the heels of my red slippers and woke up at home! I'm so grateful that my parents love me enough to let me come home for the weekend to support one of my best friends!
It's been fun so far... my dad picked me up from the airport and we went and got something to eat and then meandered home. Then I ran and did some errands for my mom :) (home for less than three hours and they are already putting me to work!) and then went and visited my grandparents! One highlight of my day! Another highlight of today is the fact that every time I come home my dad insists that I go play softball with him. So I played TWO slow- pitch softball games tonight... needless to say I'm gonna be sore in the mornin'!
I have breakfast with the fam tomorrow morning and probably a softball tournament to go to. (my dad is coaching tomorrow) Then pedicures and froyo with Lauren Clepper (cutest girl I know!!!!!)
Anyway that's all for tonight I'm going to bed!!!

Update!!!

Haha ok funniest thing EVER happened today! So things went really well tonight so as promised here is the update I said you would get. Ok but I didn't tell my roommates what was going on so all they knew was that I left with a boy and we were both in jogging clothes. So Karalee and Lauren barred my way up the stairs by putting our blue chair in the way!!!! So I didn't have the option of running upstairs and not telling them anything! pretty smart huh!

Yummy, Yummy Goodness

So im not sure what it is but today has been a great day as well! I think there must be something in the water... Actually I think I know exactly what it is... I read my scriptures again this morning. Second day in a row. It's awesome!!!!! If you aren't doing it, you should! I challenge everyone out there to try it for a week and see what happens. I'm usually not very good at the whole reading my scriptures daily thing but I'm trying and it seems to be working. I'm also trying to read the book of mormon as a whole story instead of verse by verse, it seems to be going really well. I have enjoyed it much better.


As of right now I'm in my TELL 410 class... the most BORING class in the WORLD!!! It's two hours and forty minutes long... ya feel bad for me :(


I feel like I'm jumping all over the place but I get to go home on friday after my dance class! I am so excited! My friend Jordan Wilkins is giving his farewell talk in church this weekend. His mother asked me to sing so I also have to prepare for that as well, but I'm SO excited for his farewell. The best part about singing is the fact that my mom gets to play for me! More time to spend with my mom :)

Yet another post for today

Today started out as an amazing day and stayed that way all the way up until about 7:45pm but what can you do? O well, tomorrow will be better because i have my Heavenly Father in my life. That's all that matters.

Today is one of those days

Today is one of those days where so far everything is going perfectly! I woke up earlier and read my scriptures, got ready, looked extra good today, had a beautiful walk to school today in the brisk morning air, and so far i have had a relaxing, fun day.

First one EVER!!!!!

So my roommates have been on me forever to start a blog of my own... I'm not really the blogging type but I guess I'll give it a shot. This week has been super fun! We had an amazing party at our apt. this sunday. It was a breakfast for dinner sunday dinner. Everyone was so great and brought just what we asked for. It turned out to be a huge success. Any plans to do it again? ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Here are some things you need to know about me. I am an Elementary education major and am loving every bit of it. I try to get along with everybody but sometimes it just doesn't work out the way i planned. What you have to understand is that im a people pleaser i try to make everyone around me happy and some times it just drains me. I am also one of those people who tries to do everything for everybody... if you have a problem and tell me about it i will do everything in my power to try and help you out. One of my flaws is that i have a really hard time saying no, to anyone. And i always feel bad when i do.

Anyway i should be done for right now... i'm gonna go watch Pretty Little Liars... kinda an obsession of mine! :)
